Another cereal based recipe... I feel like I'm lacking creativity here to be honest, nonetheless, I'll publish the recipe because it tasted nice enough. It has a similar basis to the mocha orange granola but with a bit (quite a lot) of tweaking.
Ingredients:
2.5 cups of rolled oats
1/3 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 cup of apple crisps (made these myself by thinly slicing 2 medium apples, and placing them on a baking tray in the oven (gas mark 4) for 1.5 hours, occasionally turning. I then broke them into smaller pieces).
